Chip On board/Fiber Optics Gyro Electronics

Complete Fiber Optics Gyro electronics placed on a 0.845" x 2.27" multilayer PCB. It contains 22 Active Integrated circuit chips and and over 120 passive parts. Space Instruments designed, fabricated, and tested quantities of the boards. Active components were die attached, wire bonded on one side of the board. The passive components soldered on the other side.
